Author's Response: LOL give us time, we have a bit planned, but trust me, Julie and I love the idea of exploding zombies so much it's going to definitely happen. But how can one not use exploding zombies? And thank you for feeling we'll be able to pull it off LOL. Pester Julie...it's her turn to write! I know you can motivate her, it worked for Secrets! LOL

I'm still loving this story :O) The characters get more likeable with each chapter -- and not just more likeable, but more believable as characters who would actually exist in this type of world.

I saw a preview for "Walking Dead" on Youtube earlier and immediately thought of Song for the Undead... which is saying a lot about your story, that it's the first place my mind went. I really do think this story would make an awesome movie!

Oh and PS -- I had kind of been hoping that Gretchen would end up pregnant since she, ya know, slept with her husband the night before the virus struck... but alas... le sigh... wink wink, hint hint.... :O)

Okay, resa is way behind in her reading. But, like always, I must say good chapter! Its an awesome insight into AJ and what hes thinking. He has come across as this bad ass who has no faith, no....morals in a way. But even the mere thought of being the last and only ten people has gotten to him!

Kayleigh is becoming more likeable. Especially when ya'll do the chaps from her POV. Glad we got some humor from Howie :). And I'm super glad they're all ok from the mall scare. Thanks for updating, ladies!

Hooray for late night zombie updates, it gives me somethin to read while I'm on break at 2am. Awesome chapter, had me feeling bad for Kayleigh a little. AJ cracks me up, I love when he is having his little rants. I heart him so much, glad he didn't die LOL. Awesome update! :D

I get so uber excited when I see this updated..lol I'm glad Kayleigh is finally starting to act normal.  Smart girl with the pearls!  At least she is trying now.  Can't wait for the next update!!!

Oh noes! I realy hope that he other group is safe and that they can find each other and get out of there. I love the opening paragraph about Kevin's feelings about children and then the connection between him and Gabby. He always seemed like a father figure to her (and of course all the others.) I also loved the part where he talks about his guilt for his vote to shoot AJ. Great job as usual ladies!
